Manager, Ticket Sales

Erica is a native of Utica, NY and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Syracuse University. She has over eight years of sales experience in the Sports and Entertainment industry.

Erica started out as an Inside Sales Representative for the New York Islanders at Barclays Center when the team transitioned to Brooklyn, NY in 2015. She was promoted internally as an Account Executive for the Brooklyn Nets G League Basketball Team, the Long Island Nets at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Long Island. Following several years with the Long Island Nets, she returned to the New York Islanders as an Account Executive selling new business for UBS Arena, and then transitioned to Member Services. While in New York City, Erica opened two venues: the newly renovated Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Long Island and UBS Arena in Elmont, NY.

Since returning to Utica, NY, she is happy to begin her career as a Sales Manager in her hometown.
