NEW YORK STATE TOOL PRESENTS SAVE OF THE DAY NIGHT TO BENEFIT THEA BOWMAN HOUSE

New York State Tool presents Save of the Day Night to benefit the Thea Bowman House on January 28 against the Syracuse Crunch.

The Comets will be wearing specialty jerseys for the game that will be divided into two elements, an in-game jersey raffle and a live auction. Full details are outlined below:

In-Game Jersey Raffle

  • Minimum of 10 jerseys will be raffled off during Saturday’s game
  • 3,875 raffle tickets will be sold for $20/ticket during Friday and Saturday’s games
  • Raffle tickets can be purchased on the concourse outside section 203 and section 215
  • In addition, raffle tickets will be sold around the arena (sellers will be in black t-shirts with the neon alternate logo)
  • Raffle tickets are cash only with no limit on purchase amount
  • Fans must be 18 or older to purchase a raffle ticket
  • Fans do not have to be present on Saturday’s game to win
  • Jersey winners will be announced in a random order on camera during the game
  • Raffle winners will be able to take photos and get their jerseys signed upon the conclusion of the game in section 202
  • Raffle jerseys do not include any equipment

Save of the Day “Suit Up” Live Auction (section 203 immediately following the game)

  • 10 different sets of jerseys, helmets, gloves, pant shells, and socks. The starting lineup, three select players and Thatcher Demko
  • Thatcher Demko’s items will be auctioned off in three groupings:
    • Jersey, socks and pant shell
    • Pads, glove and blocker
    • Game-worn mask
  • Live auction paddles will be passed out to anyone interested in bidding
  • Auction winners will be able to take photos and get their jerseys signed as they exit the auction
  • Winners may pay with cash, check or credit card

50/50 Raffle

  • Saturday’s 50/50 pot will include the totals from Wednesday and Friday’s games (no 50/50 drawing will occur on Wednesday or Friday)
  • The winner must present their ticket in the event the number is announced on Saturday night but fans do not have to be present to win
  • 50/50 sellers will be in their standard green t-shirts
